Do I accept Insurance?
I am only In-Network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ.
For all other insurances, I am considered an Out of Network Provider (or a non-participating provider) which means that I don't bill your insurance. Instead, I can provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. I have a resource called Thrizer that can help handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you would only have to pay a co-pay for our sessions, instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This typically allows clients to save on average 70% upfront on our sessions. During our consultation call, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-pay would be.

How much is the session fee?
The initial session fee is $175 for couples/families and individuals.
Individual sessions are $125 and couple/family sessions are $150.
How long are therapy sessions?
Initial sessions are 60 minutes to allow for enough time for the intake process.
All other sessions are 50 minutes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently all debit, major credit cards,HSA, and FSA cards are accepted for payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or you don't notify me of a cancellation with at least 24 hours notice, a $75 fee will be required. Please note that this fee is not covered by insurance.
Do you provide in-person therapy services?
At this time, I am only seeing clients virtually.
Can you still see me for therapy if I am on vacation or temporarily out of state?
I am only able to conduct therapy services if the client is physically in the state of New Jersey.
